Paying us or anyone else will never change your score or move your position in any ranking. Correct your business information
If your business name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, or service list is inaccurate, you can request a correction. We will update the field when you provide the correct value and point us to verification, such as your website or Google Business Profile. Once we confirm and apply a correction, it will stay in place through all future data refreshes.
Challenge your score
A dispute is not a request for a higher score. Instead, use this process if you believe the input data feeding your score is wrong. This means the listing may be matched to the wrong business, reviews may be attributed to you in error, or a review summary may misrepresent what reviewers actually wrote. We will re-check the sources and regenerate your listing based on what we find. Your score itself is never hand-edited; it reflects the output of our published rubric applied to the data.
Request removal
Your listing will be removed if your business has permanently closed, if this listing is a duplicate of another in our directory, or if you operate outside Westchester County and fall outside our scope. Our monthly verification cycle automatically finds and removes listings for closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and within scope, we may decline your removal request. If that happens, we will explain the reason plainly.

How fast we respond
Every request you submit gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. If we approve a removal, you will see it actioned within 7 days. Requests we cannot grant come with a clear explanation of why.
